We're hiring a Painting Project Manager / Estimator to manage residential and commercial painting projects from initial walkthrough through final completion. This role blends accurate estimating with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.
What You'll Do
Estimate residential and commercial painting projects accurately
Manage schedules, budgets, crews, and production timelines
Conduct site visits and oversee job progress
Coordinate surface preparation, coatings, and production rates
Communicate clearly with crews, subcontractors, and clients
Requirements
Experience estimating painting projects (residential and commercial)
Strong project management and crew coordination skills
Knowledge of coatings, prep methods, and painting workflows
Ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously
Professional, organized, and client-focused communication style
