Responsibilities
Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire & sprinkler systems, generators, landscapes, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
Carry out general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in private rooms and public living areas.
Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other governing agencies.
Qualifications
Experience with maintenance of HVAC, elevators, fire & sprinkler systems, generators, landscapes, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
Ability to perform general maintenance projects and to respond promptly to requests.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with local fire and building officials.
Valid HVAC or related certification is preferred (optional).
