About the Role Join Zelenack Contracting Inc as a Concrete Site Foreman in Drums, PA, where you'll lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality construction projects. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your leadership skills while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence on every job site.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and crew to optimize workflow and productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs.
Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resource allocation.
Implement best practices in construction methods and materials to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, specifically jobsite layout, concrete foundation forming with panel systems and rebar work.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; CDL preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project demands.
