What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendors, issuing performance updates and resolving inquiries
Audit product data, pricing, inventory details, and invoices to ensure alignment
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure product launches and order flows are accurate and timely
Identify operational issues and develop data‑driven recommendations to enhance vendor accountability
Lead operational planning to provide visibility into order flow, fulfillment bottlenecks, and inventory status
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in business operations, vendor management, or supply chain coordination
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Experience with ERP and e‑commerce systems to drive operational accuracy
Excellent communication skills to lead vendor discussions and drive accountability
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in demand planning or merchandising operations
Familiarity with advanced AI tools and automation technologies
Previous experience in a fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environment
