Partners is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties managed on behalf of third‑party ownership groups. What You’ll Do

Oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties managed on behalf of third‑party ownership groups, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Act as a trusted representative for ownership, balancing fiduciary responsibility, cost control, and service delivery.

Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and other ownership deliverables according to client standards and timelines.

Oversee lease administration, including CAM reconciliations, expense recoveries, and financial reporting across multiple ownership structures.

Manage vendors, service contracts, and capital projects with accountability, transparency, and value creation in mind.

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance standards are upheld.

Identify operational risks and proactively communicate recommendations and cost‑effective solutions to ownership.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a professional and responsive management approach.

Utilize property management systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and work order platforms (Angus, Impak, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of commercial property management experience, with substantial responsibility for office and industrial properties managed on behalf of third‑party ownership groups.

Proven ability to manage multiple assets and ownership structures concurrently while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Demonstrated financial and operational expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong working knowledge of lease administration, CAM structures, expense recoveries, and reconciliations.

Track record of effectively managing vendors, service contracts, and capital projects.

Ability to identify and address operational risks with sound judgment and communication.

Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Angus, Impak, or similar systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with ownership, tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for property inspections.
