Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A and B office assets managed on behalf of third-party ownership groups. This role calls for a proven operator who combines financial discipline with exceptional client service and leadership. You’ll be responsible for the full property management lifecycle, from budgeting and reporting to tenant relations, vendor oversight, and team development; ensuring operational excellence and value creation across every assignment.

What You’ll Do

Oversee a portfolio of Class A/B office assets managed on behalf of third-party ownership groups.

Prepare and manage annual budgets, reforecasts, variance analysis, and long-term capital planning with a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibility, cost control, and service delivery.

Lead property management teams, including mentoring, performance management, and succession development.

Manage lease administration, CAM structures, expense recoveries, and reconciliations.

Lead capital projects with an emphasis on accountability, transparency, and value creation.

Oversee vendor procurement, contract negotiation, and service-level management to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Maintain a strong understanding of building systems, life-safety requirements, sustainability initiatives, and preventative maintenance programs.

Manage tenant relations, complex lease administration, and high-profile tenant interactions.

Lead property transitions, onboard new assignments, and establish standardized operating procedures.

Identify operational risks, communicate issues clearly to ownership, and develop cost-effective solutions.

Prepare executive-level reports and present to ownership, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

7–10 years of progressive commercial property management experience, with a strong focus on Class A/B office assets managed on behalf of third-party ownership groups.

Proven experience managing property management teams, including mentoring, performance management, and succession development.

Demonstrated expertise in preparing and managing annual budgets, reforecasts, variance analysis, and long-term capital planning with a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibility, cost control, and service delivery.

In-depth knowledge of lease administration, CAM structures, expense recoveries, and reconciliations.

Experience leading capital projects with an emphasis on accountability, transparency, and value creation.

Skilled in vendor procurement, contract negotiation, and service-level management to ensure efficiency and cost control.

Strong grasp of building systems, life-safety requirements, sustainability initiatives, and preventative maintenance programs.

Track record of effectively managing tenant relations, complex lease administration, and high‑profile tenant interactions.

Ability to lead property transitions, onboard new assignments, and establish standardized operating procedures.

Adept at identifying operational risks, communicating issues clearly to ownership, and developing cost-effective solutions.

Proficiency in property management and accounting platforms (Yardi, MRI, or similar).

Proficiency with work order systems (Angus, Impak, etc.).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced in preparing executive‑level reports and presenting to ownership, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
