Offer Description Project title: OligoNucleotide Technologies for Rapid Advancement of Cancer Therapies - ON-TRACK project

PhD project within MSCA DN programme: Photochemical methods for the synthesis of bioconjugates

Aim of the project:

Conventional bioconjugation methods often exhibit limited selectivity or require harsh reaction conditions. This PhD project aims to develop novel linkers for conjugate synthesis utilizing visible light. Particular attention will be focused on a photoconjugation method based on a red‑light‑induced click reaction. The developed methods will be applied to the synthesis of bioconjugates.

Key tasks will involve:

Design and multi‑step synthesis of conjugate precursors

Optimization of the photoconjugation process

Characterization of the obtained compounds

We are an open and inclusive employer – we encourage applications from all individuals, regardless of gender, origin, nationality, or minority background.
