Position Summary As a Regional Operations Specialist I (ROS I), you will work as part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting our network of advisors in all client‑account servicing activities. You’ll work with advisors, custodian partners, and internal team members to open new accounts, update existing accounts, move client funds between custodians, and distribute assets as needed and in a timely manner. Flexibility is essential; the ROS I may switch priorities throughout the day to help Regional Managers meet service‑level agreements, especially during high‑volume spikes. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and offers a hybrid model of in‑office and remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain proficiency in one specialization and adjust focus as required.

Use Salesforce, Outlook, and custodian websites to support account transactions.

Provide effective communication with internal and external partners.

Offer phone support for Regional Operations.

Handle support and problem resolution for advisors and internal teams concerning new accounts, account maintenance, transfers, and cashiering.

Ensure high quality control for all incoming requests.

Liaise with custodian partners and advisors to process requests accurately.

Review requests for clarity and omissions before submission to custodians.

Research and resolve issues to achieve the best outcomes.

Stay current on custodian trends and regulatory policy changes.

Assist in maintaining accounts on Envestnet and Orion platforms.

Be available for overtime during peak periods such as quarter‑end and tax season.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ years of operations or client‑service experience *or* high school diploma with 5+ years in financial services or related field.

Preferred experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.

Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Compensation The annualized base pay range is $50,000–$52,000 per year, with adjustments for experience, expertise, location, and skill set. Total compensation may also include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
