What You’ll Do
Be the face of FUN!
You engage with guests, answer inquiries, and promote exciting party options.
Plan and book events
up to three months in advance, ensuring every detail is covered.
Work closely with the Park Team
to execute flawless events and create unforgettable memories.
Build strong relationships
with customers, ensuring repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth referrals.
Bring energy and enthusiasm . Your excitement should be contagious when describing all the amazing experiences Urban Air has to offer.
Ensure a safe and clean environment
while maintaining high service standards.
Act like an owner . If you see a need—meet it. If a teammate needs help—jump in. If you have an idea—share it!
