What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in retail supervision (preferred)
A knack for motivating others and driving results
Flexibility to travel to support our operations and training initiatives
Must reside in the Boise, Idaho area
Lead, train, develop, and motivate a talented team
What You’ll Do
Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete all retail projects.
Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
Establish and maintain client relationships and schedule appointments.
Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses within budget standards.
Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching to direct reports.
Support business development by positioning new items in authorized stores and achieving in‑store retail excellence goals.
Authorize shelf standards to meet client shelf schematic standards and oversee call coverage.
Complete administrative reporting, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, and other paperwork.
Travel up to 30% as required.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet)
Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated work style
