Job Description Your duties will consist of performing detailed inspections, assemblies, installations, repairs or replacements of aircraft components and systems, maintenance or refurbishing of aircraft and function checking of components.

Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.

Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.

Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunction or failures on aircraft systems: equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant and engine controls.

Participate in flight tests on aircraft and log work to be performed, as required. Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and any problems the customer may discover.

Contract: Open-ended. The duration may be extended or shortened based on project needs. Contractors are employed by Segula Technologies and assigned to work at our client's facility.

Qualifications

Minimum six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience. Some experience must be on helicopters.

Current FAA A&P license or the ability to qualify for a Repairman Certificate (requires 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters).

Safran Turbomeca engine experience is preferred but not required.

General knowledge of standard practices and troubleshooting methods.

US Person under ITAR definition required (e.g., U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license).
