Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee HVAC installation projects for both commercial and residential clients.
Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Supervise and lead the project team including technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all project phases.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.
Experience in both commercial and residential HVAC projects.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on scheduling and resource allocation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Relevant certifications in HVAC or project management are preferred.
