Assistant General Manager We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead our teams and deliver our customers a one‑of‑a‑kind car wash experience at Gas N Wash. As an Assistant General Manager you will learn the day‑to‑day operations of the wash and provide support for the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional customer service experience for guests.

Promote and sell car wash memberships.

Develop positive business and customer relationships.

Train and develop new employees.

Motivate and coach the team as needed.

Prioritize responsibilities and multitask.

Work well in a team environment and individually.

Guide cars safely into the tunnel and practice tunnel safety.

Help grow sales volume and site profitability and drive business results.

Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the facility.

Follow all safety procedures for guests and staff safety.

Understand car wash equipment, troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.

Safely transfer chemicals and understand chemical handling.

Handle inquiries, incidents and issues in a timely manner for guest satisfaction.

Emphasize sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.

Basic computer skills.

Perform any duties assigned by leadership.

Pay starting at $21–$23 per hour plus commission on car wash membership sales.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong understanding of business operations.

Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Work efficiently outdoors in all four seasons.

Lift 50 lbs.

Mechanically inclined.

Travel between locations for training and development.

Work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
