Remote Call Center Representatives
to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and represent our company professionally—all while working from home.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Make outbound calls when required (follow-ups, confirmations, or sales)
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
Accurately document call details and customer information in the system
Follow call scripts, procedures, and company policies
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Meet performance goals such as call quality, attendance, and productivity
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members remotely
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, navigating systems)
Ability to work independently and stay focused in a home environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
