What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team

Follow up with leads from online sources

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Update call logs and appointment information

Provide professional, customer-focused phone support

Schedule Part-time after-hours coverage:

Mon-Thu: 4-8 PM

Fri: 4-9 PM

Sat: 10-4

Sun: 10-2

(Remote work may be available.)
