About The Team Pi Studio in Reno is responsible for the development of entertaining land‑based slot machines. The studio is part of Bluberi’s R&D department, which includes other teams in the US and Canada. Our team is comprised of enthusiastic and experienced professionals across multiple disciplines including mathematics, visual arts, software engineering, game design, audio engineering, and quality assurance.
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Part‑Time Office Coordinator
to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a range of administrative and coordination tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining calendars
Support bookkeeping and expense tracking (as needed)
Plan/Coordinate studio events/parties
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Maintain organization of Stock Room
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Assist in onboarding new employees (desk setup, welcome materials, etc.)
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
Working Conditions
Part‑time position (flexible hours available)
On‑site work required
May require occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 25 lbs.)
