Position Overview
This critical role will lead the global consolidation process for 60+ entities using OneStream and play a key part in SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, and ad hoc projects. You will review the work of operating company controllers and ensure a successful consolidation of financials, monthly forecasts, and the annual budget. Key Responsibilities
Manage the global monthly consolidation process for 60+ entities using OneStream
Review submissions from operating company controllers and ensure accuracy and compliance
Support SEC reporting and preparation of consolidated financial statements
Drive timely and accurate consolidation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
Partner with corporate and regional finance teams on ad hoc analysis and special projects
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal reporting standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a consolidations role within a global organization
Hands‑on experience with OneStream or similar consolidation tools
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidation accounting principles
Experience with SEC reporting and financial statement preparation preferred
Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
