This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM); overtime applies and is calculated accordingly.

Captain of Hospitality: You’re at the heart of the guest experience—ensuring everyone feels welcomed from lounge to banquet. With your upbeat energy, you coach and train your team so every shift runs smoothly.
Operations & Compliance Guru: You keep everything sharp, upholding standards for grooming, safety, and certifications—Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more.
Admin Ace: Behind the scenes, you handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.
Quality & Promotions Pro: You ensure food looks and tastes excellent, create fun promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
Communication & Problem‑Solving Hero: You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly, always ensuring satisfaction.
General Go‑Getter: You analyze reports, attend meetings, and jump in wherever needed, bringing versatility and positivity to the team.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
