Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results through business analysis and top‑tier customer service, oversee daily store operations, manage floor presentation, and lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll. They also serve as talent leaders, guiding recruitment, training, engagement and development, while fostering an inclusive environment for team and customers.
