We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven

Remote Planning Coordinator

to assist clients with planning and arranging travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, theme park trips, getaways, and group travel

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client needs

Provide clear recommendations, pricing options, and itinerary details

Maintain accurate client information, trip notes, and follow-up communication

Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience

Stay informed on travel trends, seasonal destinations, and supplier updates

Participate in online training to stay current with systems and processes

Deliver excellent customer service via email, phone, text, and online platforms

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work remotely with reliable internet

Comfortable learning online systems and travel tools

Strong time management and attention to detail

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

No prior experience required — full training provided

Schedule
