We are seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as
Remote Travel Coordinators . This role involves assisting clients with researching, planning, and booking vacations, cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and group travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training, certification, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. Ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and supporting clients through the travel planning process while working remotely.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
Coordinate itineraries, reservations, and travel documentation
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide consistent customer service and follow-up
Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services (training provided)
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service skills
Marketing skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Interest in travel and helping others
