What You’ll Do: Position Overview: This position will oversee key quality control measures across the business unit. This position will focus on verifying that identified processes are completed properly under FIRST’s quality assurance program. Additionally, this position ensures accuracy of CRA reporting and performs BSA monitoring for FIRST Insurance Funding.
Quality Control:
Train on and begin to understand external department processes and workflows.
Complete quality control reviews for assigned processes in a timely manner.
Escalate issues or findings for management review and remediation.
Create and/or maintain reporting of results and/or exceptions as required.
CRA Reporting:
Maintain working knowledge of the CRA requirements for FIRST.
Perform manual geocoding which includes researching and verifying borrower addresses.
Perform CRA address maintenance in account management system.
Create and/or maintain manual geocode reports for submission to Wintrust Compliance.
BSA Monitoring:
Maintain working knowledge of BSA monitoring requirements for FIRST.
Perform monitoring tasks as assigned by management and/or Wintrust BSA.
Maintain results according to outlined procedure and/or process guidelines.
General Requirements:
Complete quarterly compliance reviews
Attend department meetings and functions
Draft/outline annual job and professional development goals
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working with Quality Control standards
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Concise and clear communicator, written and verbal
Experience writing job aids, procedures and/or documentation used across a department or function
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
