Position Purpose The MEP Managers ensure the seamless integration and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects, managing all MEP-related aspects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design assistance, planning and quality control
Commissioning management
Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion
Supporting PM and Superintendent to plan, organize, and supervise MEP trades
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination
General understanding of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to construction projects
Experience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas
Experience leading project coordination, design assistance, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in healthcare, telecommunications, data centers, or other mission critical markets
Strong leadership and relationship skills
Proven track record as an MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes
