Location: Bosque County, Texas.
Responsibilities
Execute high‑quality BIM content for the VDC Department, project teams, and other support departments.
Manage 3D spatial coordination, including BIM schedule, scope, and supporting files/models.
Provide support for VDC staff on all BIM‑enabled projects.
Adhere to implemented processes and assist in improving VDC workflows.
Attend and participate in departmental meetings, goals, and objectives.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends in VDC techniques and procedures.
Continuously improve skills of management, communication, and creativity.
Mentor VDC Specialists and project team members.
Support VDC department initiatives and key results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Computer Science (or higher).
2–5 years of field or VDC experience.
General knowledge and competency of computer hardware and software.
General knowledge of key software applications (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Background or interest in leveraging 3D information.
