Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Company vehicle for all site travel, tools and technology provided, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights/weekends/on‑call
A Day in the Life In this role, you’ll support installation quality from start to finish, conducting pre‑install inspections, performing post‑install QA checks, and helping prevent rework or warranty issues. You’ll visit multiple job sites daily, partner closely with Project Managers and installers, and play a critical part in maintaining high standards for premium window and door projects.
Responsibilities include:
Perform pre‑installation inspections to verify openings, measurements, framing, and site readiness
Conduct post‑install QA checks for alignment, squareness, operation, sealing, and finish quality
Confirm waterproofing, flashing, caulking, and installation practices meet company, manufacturer, and code standards
Identify and document issues early to prevent rework
Create daily photo reports and digital QA checklists
Update PMs and service teams through mobile tools and Monday.com
Communicate material issues, progress, and corrective actions
Collaborate with PMs, installers, service techs, delivery, and warehouse teams
Support job readiness through proactive communication
Assist with customer walkthroughs and punch‑list validation
Maintain safety standards and professional site conduct
Travel to 3–4 job sites per day using a company vehicle
Requirements and Qualifications:
3+ years of window or door installation experience
Strong understanding of window/door functionality, framing, openings, alignment, and waterproofing
Ability to read a tape measure with complete accuracy
Comfortable using mobile apps, photos, Microsoft Teams, and Monday.com (training provided)
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ability to pass random drug testing
Capable of physical fieldwork (ladder use, walking sites, measuring)
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
