Monitors, tracks, and sources employee license, certification, and registration renewals required by job descriptions.
Notifies employees, leaders, and HR management of upcoming license, certification, and registration expiration and non‑compliance.
Recommends continued or terminated employment based on compliance status.
Reviews job descriptions for required credentials and clarifies any discrepancies or questions with HR management and department directors.
Documents and maintains all credential requirements in the regulatory database.
Qualification Requirements

Associate‑Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range
$41,096.13 - $76,427.64
