Job Summary
A respected full‑service Midwest law firm with a strong corporate transactional practice is seeking a
Corporate Associate
with 3+ years of experience to join its Grand Rapids office. The corporate practice group handles mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth‑equity deals, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. Associates gain meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated transactions across multiple industries.
Responsibilities This role involves participation in transactions listed above and requires direct client interaction, drafting and negotiating documents, due diligence, and coordination of entity governance.
Qualifications Hands‑on M&A experience, strong drafting skills, comfort working closely with business and in‑house teams, and knowledge of due diligence, ancillary deal documents, and entity governance.
Base Pay Range $155,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr
