in Brookfield, WI, is seeking a talented
Corporate / Transactional Attorney
to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have
4–8 years of experience
handling
general corporate and transactional matters , including
mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and contract drafting and negotiation . Experience with
non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements
is a plus. Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Notes on compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related documents. Manage M&A transactions from due diligence through closing. Provide counsel on entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance. Draft and interpret non-compete, confidentiality, and employment-related agreements. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to serve clients’ broader business needs. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed (or eligible for admission) to practice law in Wisconsin. 4–8 years of corporate / transactional law experience, including M&A. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
