Location: Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI
Hourly rate: $22.30 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift premium. Core hours are 3 pm – 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (paid in two installments, less applicable withholding).

Responsibilities
Perform routine factory dielectric tests (OX, QC impulse, hipot) per established procedures.
Conduct routine factory loss tests (load loss, no‑load loss).
Execute power factor, ratio, and resistance tests.
Carry out operational tests on regulators as required.
Conduct continuity tests on units.
Follow routine tests, inspect unit nameplate, stamp impedance value, and secure nameplate to unit.
Perform visual inspection of the interior of units after testing.
Maintain test equipment and perform minor maintenance.
Perform special routine tests when required.
Perform additional inspector duties: visual inspection throughout assembly, tests such as ratio, resistance, leak, continuity, control box, insulation resistance, regulator sub‑assembly, regulator modification, regulator run‑in.
Apply decals and stencils to exterior of units and perform paint mileage checks.
Assist engineering and manufacturing in resolving shop‑floor problems.
Complete company forms to communicate inspection status and document results.
Collect required data per established procedures.
Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications
High‑school graduate or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Applicants must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Waukesha, WI, unless exempt as an active‑duty military service member.
Preferred Qualifications
Education in AC/DC fundamentals or completion of electricity coursework; or minimum 1 year of experience in electricity.
Skills
Ability to work overtime when required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodations.
