Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects within the aerospace and defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects with stringent security requirements, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects aligned with client goals and compliance requirements.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government clients.

Ensure adherence to security and safety standards related to defense projects.

Prepare and deliver progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Oversee project documentation, contract management, and change control processes.

Foster a safety culture on the job site and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or mission‑critical construction.

PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Strong knowledge of defense industry compliance, including ITAR and security protocols.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to obtain security clearance (if required).
