Your Tasks & Key Responsibilities
Define plans and deliver on sales targets
through focused customer strategies, with emphasis on accelerating microgrid business growth in Poland
Identify and capture new business opportunities , partnerships, and market segments for microgrids in the local Polish market
Lead market engagement and outreach activities
related to microgrid technologies, regulatory developments, and strategic partnerships
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
to guide sales strategy and support regional strategic planning
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships
with customers, partners, and public institutions involved in microgrid development
Present KONČAR’s microgrid solutions
clearly and persuasively to demonstrate value and differentiation
Manage commercial processes
including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Support alignment with local legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with internal teams
(Technical & Engineering, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance) to deliver tailored microgrid solutions and ensure excellent customer experience
Track performance against plans
and report on key outcomes and areas for improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in B2B electrotechnical solution development or sales
Strong technical understanding of microgrid components: transformer stations, BESS, renewable energy sources, management systems (MGMS, EMS, SCADA), and demand‑side elements (EV charging, industrial loads)
Knowledge of electricity production, transmission, and distribution principles, as well as TSO/DSO grid rules
Familiarity with industry use cases (warehousing, commercial sites, critical infrastructure)
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish
Proficiency in MS Office (including Power BI)
Preferably experience with CRM software (e.g., MS Dynamics)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities
