Round Hill Search is partnering with a well‑respected Sacramento law firm to identify an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of litigation background. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a discovery‑heavy practice, enjoys trial preparation, and values working in a collaborative, collegial environment. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and clients across all phases of litigation, taking ownership of key case management responsibilities. Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Review, organize, and analyze legal documents and case materials
Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation
Manage substantial discovery, including document review and production
Assist with depositions, exhibit preparation, and trial presentation
Draft correspondence and basic pleadings
Support attorneys with case management and litigation planning
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Background in labor and employment law is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and document management software
Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and TrialDirector is a plus
Completion of an ABA‑approved paralegal program
Must meet the requirements of California Business & Professions Code § 6450
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong critical thinking skills
