Job Details
2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Prior experience in labor and employment law preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and legal document management systems
Experience with eDiscovery platforms and TrialDirector is a plus
Graduate of an ABA‑approved paralegal program
Meets the requirements of California Business & Professions Code
Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team
