Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
Annual bonus potential
Additional compensation: competitive annual base salary ranging from $165,000 to $195,000, based on experience
Firm annual billable hour requirement: ~1,600 hours
Tiered bonus program providing a clear path to significantly increase earnings; total annual compensation can range from $207,000 to $245,000 for those meeting or exceeding the goal

About the Role The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of general litigation experience and be capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of cases and contribute to a top‑tier team. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the Oakland office.
Responsibilities
Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations and trials.
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel to develop and execute litigation strategies.
Manage complex, multi‑party discovery processes.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of litigation matters.
Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar is required.
A minimum of 5+ years of general litigation experience.
Proven ability to take and defend depositions and prepare and respond to written discovery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
