Base pay range $32.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
Program and operate CMM equipment to inspect complex machined components
Create, modify, and optimize CMM programs using PC‑DMIS (or similar software)
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
Document inspection results and communicate findings to production and quality teams
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience programming and operating CMMs in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
Experience with PC‑DMIS or comparable CMM software preferred
Background in precision machining, CNC, or metal manufacturing
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot inspection issues
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
