Position Summary A well established corporate practice is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions attorney to join its expanding team. The firm represents clients throughout the full M&A lifecycle including public and private, domestic and cross border matters and is known for its deep expertise, efficiency, and long term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage M&A transactions from initial strategy through post closing integration.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements including purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture documentation, and operating agreements.
Advise clients on deal structure, strategic considerations, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, outside advisors, financing sources, and domestic and foreign regulators.
Build and maintain strong long term client relationships consistent with the firm’s service philosophy.
Qualifications
3+ years of substantive M&A experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills across a range of deal structures.
Member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
Hybrid work environment (remote + in-office)
