Corporate/M&A Attorney
to join its dynamic and growing
Corporate Practice Group . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with clients, and wants meaningful responsibility on sophisticated transactions.
Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including:
Stock and asset purchase agreements
Ancillary acquisition agreements
Employment and consulting agreements
NDAs
Limited liability company agreements
Stockholders’ agreements and other corporate governance documents
Coordinate with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure transactions progress smoothly and deadlines are met
Take an active role in managing transactions from start to finish
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with regular client and opposing counsel interaction
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Billable hours expectation: 1,600 annually
