A growing legal practice is seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning and Estate Administration/Probate Paralegal to join its team. This role involves direct client interaction, case management, and document preparation in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client calls and provide professional communication throughout each matter.
Draft estate planning documents, probate filings, and deeds.
Maintain regular correspondence with clients regarding case status.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and track deadlines.
Organize, maintain, and manage probate files.
File and record legal documents; occasional courthouse visits for filings or research.

Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills with a commitment to accuracy.
