We are seeking a dedicated
Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal
to join a growing law practice in Charlotte. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, values client interaction, and can manage multiple priorities with precision. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of estate planning and probate administration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in‑person estate planning signing appointments and client meetings.
Draft estate planning documents, probate forms, and deeds with accuracy.
Manage probate case files, including calendaring deadlines and organizing documentation.
Communicate with clients regarding case status and next steps.
Record and file legal documents; occasional courthouse visits for filings or research.
Coordinate signing ceremonies and maintain scheduling for client appointments.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in estate planning and/or probate administration (estate planning preferred).
Hands‑on drafting experience or probate case management required.
Skills:
Strong research, writing, and proofreading abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while contributing to a team.
Soft Skills:
Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
Client‑focused with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Schedule:
Onsite with one remote day (Wednesday); early departure on Fridays.
Free parking.

Interview Dates:

Pay Details $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
