Role-MacOS Desktop Support-
Location- NYC
Knowledge of Different versions of Mac OS X, OS X 10.15 Catalina feature & Big Sur Different Installers for Mac OS X, 4) Terminal and usage of different terminal commands, Activity Monitor, System Preferences, User accounts, Time machine, Application troubleshooting, Bash and Apple Scripting, Behavior of different Anti-Virus, Usage of different Remote Control tool (Should have worked with at least one Remote Control tool), OS Updates, Third-Party application updates., Network Utility, Troubleshoot and fix the reported failure event and Escalate as and when needed
Provide Tier-2 support to partner on requested queries and tasks through Incident (reactive support)
Chat Support (NOC IM for Incident Management) and Partner calling based on system classification & partner's business requirements for MAC Support.
Various MAC Book products knowledge JAMF, McAfee, VPN, MS Office,
Experience using Apple Business Manager.
Experience using JAMF Pro in a Level 2 capacity, to support managed Mac computers.
Experience with JAMF Connect and JAMF Protect. Experience with security tools on a Mac platform.
Experience in scripting
Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of MAC OS
Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of windows Operating system
Good understanding of the Linux boot-up process
