Job Details
Knowledge of different versions of Mac OS X, OS X 10.15 Catalina, Big Sur installers, terminal commands, Activity Monitor, User accounts, Time Machine, Application troubleshooting, Bash, AppleScript, anti‑virus, remote control tools, OS updates, third‑party updates, Network Utility.
Provide Tier‑2 support to partners on requested queries via Incident management (reactive support).
Chat support (NOC IM) and partner calling for MAC support per classification and business requirements.
MAC product knowledge: JAMF, McAfee, VPN, MS Office.
Experience with Apple Business Manager.
Experience with JAMF Pro Level 2 support for managed Macs.
Experience with JAMF Connect and JAMF Protect.
Experience with security tools on Mac platform.
Experience in scripting.
Hands‑on diagnostics & troubleshooting of Mac OS.
Hands‑on diagnostics & troubleshooting of Windows OS.
Understanding of Linux boot‑up process.
