Inventory Control Lead

You will:
Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility
Lead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and training
Maintain the physical inventory
Improve controls
Identify operational issues
Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy
Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities
Research and resolve discrepancies
Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system
Forecast potential inventory issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies
You have:
3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations
1+ years of supervisory experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
