Lead the operational ramp-up and establishment of a new Jenbacher production footprint in Trenton, USA. Build and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, efficient logistics, and operational readiness for our new facility.

Your Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Design & Continues Implementation :Take ownership of designing, building, and implementing a new, cross‑functional supply chain at the Trenton production site—from customer order intake to final delivery.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, Tax, and Customs to define the project scope, key deliverables, and success criteria for the supply chain.
Project Reporting: Provide regular updates to INNIO project leadership on supply chain milestones, progress, and risks.
ERP & Process Integration: Lead and oversee ERP system adjustments and process integration of supply chain operations.
Logistics & Shipping Strategy: Develop and implement efficient shipping and logistics strategies, with a strong focus on minimizing customs fees and taxes.
Process Optimization: Design and continuously optimize ERP‑supported logistics processes, covering inbound transportation and shop floor material flow.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Very good experience in operations, supply chain, or production ramp‑up (preferably in industrial/energy sectors)
Proven project management skills in cross‑functional, international environments
Strong ERP and logistics process knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel (30–40%) and spend extended periods onsite in Trenton, USA
Fluent in German & English; Spanish or any other languages are an advantage
