Overview
Paul Davis is seeking career‑minded, highly motivated estimators to create estimates for water/fire mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, and remodeling. This is a full‑time position in a fast‑growing company with plenty of growth opportunities and the chance to earn commission.
Responsibilities
Create accurate scopes and sketched floor plans.
Utilize Matterport technology on job sites.
Independently perform and manage own work.
Consistently produce estimates within the given timeline.
Keep constant contact with all clients and insurance carriers.
Build strong relationships with management, clients, and adjusters.
Create proposals, change orders, revisions, and supplements.
Qualifications
2+ years verifiable experience in restoration or construction estimating.
Proficiency in Xactimate.
Knowledge of local and state building code requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $60,000–$90,000 per year.
Base commission with no earning cap.
Health insurance.
