FIELD COORDINATOR We’re looking to hire a
Field Coordinator
at our Colorado Springslocation. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficie nt manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

Wage: $22-$28 per hour, paid weekly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
Create and maintain daily and material reports
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
Track equipment usage
Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and gather all compliance documents required for closeout
Assist operations management with various field duties
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
Admin and office tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, etc
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Perform miscellaneous duties assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must hold a valid Driver’s License
Physical activity for the role includes:
Travel as needed between job site and office
Walking for long periods, on variable terrain
Sitting and standing for long periods
Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead
Manual dexterity for computer and small equipment use
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
