AERIAL LABORER / GROUNDMAN LABORER We are looking to fill an

Aerial Laborer/ Groundman

Laborer

position in

Colorado Springs CO.

You will need experience in telecommunication construction work to aid our

aerial crews

with ground support, along with supporting our boring crews where needed.

Laborers

are vital to project by ensuring safety, efficiency, and progress on the job site. You’ll have the opportunity to work outdoors, collaborating with a team to safely complete underground utility construction projects. This role allows you to enjoy the fresh air, provides a chance to learn new skills, and builds valuable industry experience. This role can be physically demanding and requires work in various weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Load and unload materials or equipment as needed Use hand tools to dig near underground utilities and install accessories in below-grade communication vaults Verify conduit depth and alignment using locate equipment along fiber-optic routes Prepare pre-trip equipment prior to mobilizing to job site Secure the work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift Complete required documentation, reports, and safety job aids Assist in securing work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift Prepare documents, reports, or job aids related to work, equipment, and safety

KEY QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license

Keen attention to safety Self-starter with a strong work ethic Detail orientated Coachable, willing to follow instructions Tolerates a wide range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather The physical activity required for this role includes:

Standing or walking for long periods of time on uneven and variable terrain Repeatedly lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.), Other repetitive movements, such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
