What you will do:

Provide daily guidance, support, and coaching to the coordination team, helping them work through challenges as they arise

Train and onboard Service Coordinators on current systems, processes, and best practices, as well as support adoption of new tools and procedures

Monitor workloads and service support by reviewing open work orders and participating in Work in Progress (WIP) meetings as needed

Partner with Operations, Sales, Field teams, and administrative staff to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement

Escalate technician, customer, or coordination concerns to the appropriate Building Service Supervisor or Operations Manager when necessary

Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers, consistently meeting expectations with professionalism and efficiency

What we are looking for:

Possess high school diploma or equivalent

Possess the leadership skills to motivate, create engagement and produce results through the coordination team

Ability to follow a standardized process

Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems; work with other teams and management, as needed, to resolve problems

Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Possess the courage to make informed decisions

Demonstrate dependability and display a strong work ethic

Possess and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to perform multiple activities in a timely manner with high accuracy
