Warehouse Supervisor - Evening The CDC Night Wire Cutting Supervisor is responsible for managing the associates and the functions associated with wire cutting, order fulfillment, inventory control, quality and communicating with Capital Electric sales group and customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise 20+ warehouse associates

Supervise wire picking and wire cutting

Inventory control of wire

Productivity and meeting required KOPI’s

Quality control

Communicating with Capital Electric sales staff and customers

Training and coaching associates

Other responsibilities, tasks, and duties as required

Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 years’ logistics experience managing a staff of 20 associates or more

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics

Required Skills

Strong leadership, management and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Team building

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

WMS & RF experience

Material handling equipment experience

Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 with bonus potential.
