Overview Become a Quality Assurance Analyst, playing a pivotal role in upholding ISO compliance and enhancing product and process integrity. You will lead audits, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to elevate our quality systems and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Champion ISO compliance by implementing and managing robust quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001 and related standards)
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality procedures and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain essential documentation including SOPs, test plans, and inspection reports
Analyze quality metrics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
Validate products and processes through rigorous testing against performance benchmarks
Investigate customer complaints and process deviations, leading resolution and prevention efforts
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and resilience
Mentor and train team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices
Stay ahead of global environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Conflict Minerals, Section 232) and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Team player with strong attention to detail
Hands‑on experience with ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS) preferred but not required
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and data reporting skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
