Supervisor – Lucky Strike Entertainment
Join our team as a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment! This role is dynamic, always active, and offers the chance to coordinate team members while assuming full center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.
Essential Duties
Make guests priority #1: champion guest service, seek feedback, and resolve complaints.
Take every opportunity: capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Partner with leagues: develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and handle administrative duties.
Assemble an all‑star team: recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
Show off and develop management skills: lead the team, motivate, leverage individual strengths, and ensure guest satisfaction and productivity.
Drive food & beverage sales: oversee management and expansion of your center’s F&B program, train and supervise staff on corporate standards, and foster a thriving sales culture.
Remain flexible: work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
Desired Skills
HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Commitment to great guest service
1–2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants
Solid communication skills
Strong team player and people developer
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment requiring walking, bending, standing for periods, and occasional lifting.
